We will wipe and sanitize all surfaces including cabinets, countertops, doorknobs and kitchen appliances leaving your newly constructed or renovated space spotless and ready for use. Trash removal is included; however, dumpster needs to be provided.

For this cleaning service, our experienced staff uses eco-friendly cleaning products to minimize any negative impact on the environment.
The process starts with the removal of any loose debris and trash from all areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, common areas, and break rooms.
Dusting and wiping down surfaces such as desks, tables, chairs, and shelves are done to eliminate dust/dirt.
Next, the floors are thoroughly cleaned by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping areas to remove dust, dirt, and any spills or stains.
Sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and office equipment (e.g., printers, telephones) is also part of our cleaning process, as disinfecting these areas eliminates germs and helps prevent the spread of contagions.
Special attention is also given to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms by thoroughly cleaning toilets, sinks and mirrors.
Additionally, glass surfaces are wiped and polished to ensure a streak-free shine.

Airbnb Cleaning
Our services for Airbnb cleaning are designed to ensure that a rental property is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the arrival of new guests.
Some common features of our Airbnb cleaning services include:
General cleanup: Our team will perform a general cleanup of the interior property. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, cleaning interior windows, and removing any visible dirt or debris.
Linen and bed cleaning: Our team will change and wash all linens, towels, and bedding if washer and dryer are available on site. Laundromat service is an additional $30. We will also make the beds and ensure that the property is stocked with provided fresh linens for each new guest.
Bathroom cleaning: Our team will thoroughly clean and sanitize the bathrooms, including scrubbing toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, wipe down mirrors and surfaces. They will also restock toilet paper and hand soaps.
Kitchen cleaning: Our team will clean and sanitize the kitchen, including wiping down countertops, appliances, and cabinets. They will also clean the sink, sanitize and wipe microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Deep cleaning for these appliances is an additional $20. Additionally, we will restock basic kitchen supplies like dish soap and paper towels.
Trash disposal: Our team will empty all trash cans and dispose of the waste properly.
